Spurred into action by their seven-year-old daughter's two-week battle with E. coli, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have decided to get married.

Johnny and Vanessa have two children; they live quietly; they're not flying all over the world adopting orphans; they haven't named their children Apple, Fifi Trixibelle, or Paris. Speaking of which, neither of them has been picked up for DUI, checked into rehab, or asked the Governator for clemency.
So consider this an early Mother's Day present.
