We've puzzled and puzzled but we simply can't come up with anything mean to say about the way that Bill and Hillary raised Chelsea. And now that they've been parents of the bride, we're still fresh out of snark.
The Clintons hosted the small (well, small-ish) wedding Chelsea wanted, with almost nobody famous there, except for Ted Danson and former Secretary-of-State Madeleine Albright. Instead, it was friends of the bride and groom and a sprinkling of embarrassing relatives (does anyone out there remember Roger Clinton?)
Security was tight, which is the way it should have been. And there are relatively few pictures available. This wasn't a papparazzi-fest.
Really, the whole event was refreshingly normal for the extremely well-known child of two people who are hardly ever out of the news.
