Despite having been around for what feels like an eternity, Miley Cyrus is still a minor... and therefore, Perez Hilton's incredibly stupid stunt of tweeting an "upskirt" shot of Miley could get him sent to prison for violating federal child pornography laws.
What a dumbass.
Clearly, Perez is a douchebag. His site and it's tweaked images of celebs is vile but so far, despite complaints and lawsuits, he hasn't crossed any legal lines... until now.
Some folks speculate that the photo is from a video shoot and that the vagina in question is actually cut and pasted (boggles the mind, no?) onto a pair of panties and guess what, that's a crime too!
Mamarazzi will be closely watching how this story plays out... Perez could be facing 15 years in prison and lifetime registration as a sex offender.

HORRIBLY bad Photoshop job... I mean really... look how twisted up the legs are. In any case, the fact that he did it with a photo of a minor, he should be prosecuted just like any Joe Blow down the street would be. But he won't be. It just won't happen. If it were a real picture, I would be certain the little skank did it on purpose. What cracks me up is all the comments asking why she wasn't wearing panties. Can they not SEE how awfully done this is???
