Ok, I was wondering if this photo was real or Photoshopped. I mean, it is Courtney Love, so you never know.
I really think it might be real. Which then brings up the question, "Why does Courtney have a really ugly tortoise statue/stuffed tortoise?"
Look at that back foot on the second pic. It looks like it is dimpling the pillow, not just shopped over it.
