So, new reports have surfaced which indicate that neither Debbie Rowe nor Michael Jackson are the biological parents of Jackson's 2 oldest children... that's fine. Many families turn to donor embryos when facing infertility and it's a perfectly acceptable and loving way of creating a family. However, legal laws being all legal like do require an adoption of the child by the (receiving) parents... it is to protect everyone's rights, most especially the child's.

However, apparently MJ never completed that pesky little part of the equation... maybe it was too hard for him to scrounge up a Family Law attorney? Which of course, leaves the future of Paris and Michael Jr. a bit iffy. As of this moment, the law simply regards them as a couple of kids who lived with Jackson... they aren't legally entitled to his estate.

Probably this is the type of thing which can be easily settled as it's fairly well documented that these little darlings were his children and he thought of them and treated them as such etc etc... but damn, come on!

Mamarazzi is frustrated.

Now the reports are saying that MJ didn't father the youngest child either.

Those poor, poor children.

I've got to say... to me it's not so much if he is the biological parent, but rather that he didn't complete the very basic paperwork to protect them... it's mind boggling.

You've hit one of my pet peeves -- parents who do not protect their children legally. Usually, it is women who won't marry the father of their children because of whatever. You know -- because marriage is just a piece of paper.

Yes. It is a piece of paper that gives you and your children specific legal rights, like the rights of inheritance. It is a contract. If you don't have kids and don't want to marry the man you are living with, whatever. I don't care. But you have an obligation to protect your children. Marry their father.

Yes, I know sometimes the father won't marry the mother. Then take his butt to court and get child support. I don't care if your pride will be wounded. It's not about you. It's about your kid.

How convenient - now who? his parents will inherit everything?
I'll believe when the judge's gravel sounds.

Well supposedly a will has been brought out so that should be interesting, particularly if it's valid and names someone other than his mother as executor.

weren't they married when she gave birth? So his name would be the dad on the birth certificate. meaning he was legally the dad. No need to adopt. the surrogate one, he would have to have adopted.

but people use donor sperm or eggs all the time and don't adopt them. If your name is on the BC it is legit.

People deserve good life time and home loans or just car loan will make it better. Because freedom depends on money state.
