We can go two ways on this photo of Keeley Shaye-Smith, aka, Mrs. Pierce Brosnan.
A) Good for you, Keeley! You go ahead and swim and sun yourself and let's all celebrate a "real" woman and her curves!
B) Um, Keeley, get thee to the gym and hire thee and trainer and work off thy's fatish arse.
We'll let you decide.
Personally i'd rather see a woman looking like this than like Demi Moore who is a year older than this woman... Demi Moore? doesnt look great, if she's lucky she's just creepy, keeley shaye smith? obviously happy and okay with her body. We could all do with seeing a few more people who are happy with the body they have.
But really, i guess shame on her for going out without being so thin you can see her ribs, really.

I don't mind how she looks, but I do wish she'd invested in a bathing suit that fit properly.
If she's cool with how I look in MY swimsuit, I'm cool with how she looks in hers.
I'm not going to vote, because I'm not exactly a bikini babe myself.
On the other hand, neither is she. A properly-fitted tankini would look much better.
It still wouldn't stop the snarking, though. She'll just have to suffer her 15 minutes of shame.
It appears that Keeley's gained literally about 100 pounds in 8 years, which can't be healthy.

Seriously, I think she looks great and if I didn't have such horrible body issues I would probably wear a bathing suit myself..albeit, a one piece though ;)
Um, if she's good enough for Pierce, she's good enough for anyone, wouldn't you say? I wouldn't do a two-piece, but more power to her for having the balls to do it.
not to get all serious on ya'll but, at this weight it really isn't about being comfortable with yourself. This kind of weight can't be healthy. I'm all for being proud of the body you're given in this life but this is not a woman who is thinking about her health.
Is she overweight? Yes. Should she loose weight? Yes... but for health reasons... another poster said she appears to have gained approximatly 100 lbs in the last eight years... that's not healthy at all and it puts her at serious risk for all kinds of obesity related health problems. but, she has the love of 007... that must count for something... and I sure hope he's being supportive of her. Fighting your weight is about the hardest thing ever... and I know from experience.
COULD she lose a few pounds? Absolutely!! But does she look happy & normal? Yes. . .and that's cool.
How did her head get so small?
Her weight can't be healthy (I know, I'm heavy and trying to get healthy again), but I applaud her self-confidence.
Not to mention that I now have something else to add to my reasons to love Pierce Brosnan. He obviously loves HER and not just the way she looks/looked on his arm.

Whoa. I haven't seen a photo of Keeley Shaye Smith since the "is she or isn't she nursing?" magazine cover in 2001 or so, so I was taken aback by how much weight she's put on. More power to her for being comfortable in her own body, regardless of what size it is, but it doesn't seem to me that the gain is healthy, and that swimsuit is not the most flattering style...
It doesn't matter what she looks like, even though her bikini clearly doesn't fit.
It doesn't matter that she's so damn lucky to spend every night with Pierce Brosnan.
What does matter is that she is healthy and a reasonable weight, which she is not; thereby putting her at risk for major health problems as she gets older. She is a mother, I am assuming she would like to live long enough to be a grandmother. THAT is why she needs to make her health a priority.
This is what bugs me. On other sites the pics are of pierce and her. He's not looking so good either-- where's the pic of him and the poll deciding if he should lose weight? Come on ladies let's support each other not tear each other down. - B *who knows how hard it is to lose weight! and keep it off
Briana - we're not trying to tear Keeley apart... if you check the votes, the majority feel that she;s on vacation and she;s working it!
If you look back at past pictures of her, she's always been more on the normal side size-wize. I think she's beautiful. She might be a bit "large" but she's still not hanging all over the edges of that bikini like I am sure I would be. It's also nice to see an older guy in Hollywood who is happy with a real woman instead of a 12 year old stick with flesh stretched over it.
Noone has mentioned another possibility - she could have some health issue and be on steroids. The overall weight gain without a huge stomach look more like a health issue than overeating.
