It's not every day we get to say something positive about celebrity mothers--particularly about their brain power.
Let's not mince words. Celebrity mothers can be kind of stupid. It starts, apparently, when they decide to name their children Fifi Trixibelle Moonchild ... and goes rapidly downhill.
::cough::Britney::cough::
And what with Heidi Klum claiming Britney taught her everything she knows about diapering, we begin to wonder when the next celebrity mom interview gaff will take place.
And it is true that Posh's mommy dresses her funny. And yet! Posh has exceeded our expectations by making the following remarks in an interview for Elle magazine:
Posh is observant:
"It became very obvious from the start that I was never going to be the best singer or the best dancer or the best actress."
humble:
"You know, I've never been that good at anything, to be completely honest."
and basically, brilliant:
"You don't sleep with David Beckham ... I'm going to be naked if I'm getting in bed with him every night!"
She's funny. I want to have tea with her....well, mainly to talk about naked David ;)
Against my better judgment, the more I read about her, the more I love her - she seems so funny and snarky and like she doesn't take herself seriously at all, and her clothes are just fabulous.
If I had a body like hers, I'd go to the damn grocery store naked.

I don't know why I like Posh. I hate her wardrobe, her fake bake tan, and the way she won't smile even though she's adorable. I don't even think Becks is hot. But there is something so damn compelling about them that I simply cannot turn away.
Nope. I don't buy it. She's being self-deprecating because unlike Britney and her team, Posh's team advised her to do so and Posh must be at least savvy enough to follow good advice! And they will be paid well, I would hope. This is so we all will go 'Awwwww, she's so down to earth'. What?!
However, I liked when when she said something to the effect of "I'm such a gay man trying to come out" or some such thing. Kinda funny, that.
And ya gotta love a man with a tramp stamp.
